The first ever Indian browser launched, Epic has been upgraded from after a month. Now you have the all-new version 1.1. This upgrade is to fix many bugs and tweaks that will make the Epic to work faster.
Working on the core of Mozilla Firefox the up gradation will also include the up gradation that Mozilla core had recently, that is, 3.6.7.
As this is the first browser made by Indians, several bugs and areas for improvement are still open. Now with the first upgrade of this browser, most of the areas have been improved for better functionality.
Anti-virus scanner has been given some special treatment, and now the same performs better than before. Other improvements will include those included in the Games sidebar; drop down menu is available for adding the Home button to the Epic browser.
A few surprises on the go are Cricinfo widgets for cricket enthus, updates on themse and skin options.
You can download the new version if you do not have one to be automatically up graded. If not asked, check your browser settings for enabling automatic updates and rest assured.
