Infosys informed they would provide IT services for Microsoft Corporation, worldwide.

The company got a three year agreement with Microsoft Corporation. Infosys would provide services in the area of implementation processes for Microsoft services. Infosys would provide this service with the latest Microsoft solutions technologies such as Windows7. The company headquartered at Bangalore said this information, in a statement recently.

Infosys would provide services in the following areas. They are IT help desk, desk-side services, infrastructure support and application support. The corporate Company would manage internal IT services for applications, devices and databases. Infosys would provide these services through 450 locations, located in 104 countries.

Infosys would help and establish a dedicated service for Microsoft Corporation to implement ISO 20000 and ITSM Processes. This information has been said in the recent statement released by Infosys.

The agreement would provide Infosys a unique opportunity to partner with Microsoft. This would help Infosys to gain deep knowledge in the area of implementation processes and management area of Microsoft’s latest technologies. By providing this service, Infosys would gain expertise with latest technologies of Microsoft. Microsoft by using and enhancing the capacity of Infosys could make their latest technologies to reach worldwide effectively.

Unisys is known for their multi-language desk integrated service. Infosys, who partnered with Unisys for doing desk side support services, would help Unisys to increase their productivity effectively.
