iPod Touch 4G to have Front facing camera?

The International Trade company Alibaba has revealed two next generation iPod touch components. The two iPod touch device includes two types of digitizers such as an LCD assembly unit with digitizer and a stand alone digitizer.

The two components have a hole in the top of the assembly which can be used for a front facing camera. MacRumors states that the indirect back to back positioning of the front and rear facing camera on a slim iPod touch device is difficult. If Apple is going to add a center front facing camera then the rear camera in the device should be removed completely or should be positioned to the side of the device.
