LG Innotek will supply 5 MP cameras for Apple iPhone 4.0-Sources

LG innotek will supply the 5 Megapixel cameras for the next gen Apple iPhone 4.0. It was predicted that the next gen iPhone will have an enhanced backend camera after the theft of a prototype model from the bar at California. It was also predicted that the high end cameras will be supplied by OmniVision but some of the industry sources says that LG innotek will be the supplier and in fact they have started the production as well.

Sources also says that LG innotek has setup a separate camera production unit in its Gumi plant earlier this month and the production will reach the peak later this year. It is also said that iPhone 4.0 may have a flash with the camera as well. All these predictions will come true in the first week of June when apple announces the next gen iPhone officially.
