MSI Computer Corporation has released its new 17 inch GX740 gaming notebook PC. The PC is powered by Intel’s Core i7 processor and the ATI Radeon HD 5870 graphics card which supports DirectX 11 graphics. The system benefits from MSI’s Turbo Boost technology which ensures smooth game play without lags and also while in low power consumption.

The MSI GX 740 weighs about seven pounds and measures an inch and half thick. The system is designed with a brushed aluminum gaming chassis and fire engine red accents. MSI raised a chiclet keyboard on the notebook which is designed for gamers. The notebook is clearly marked W, A, S and D keys for quicker response while playing. The PC is priced at $ 1,399 in US.
