Nokia has announced via an official blogspot that the company has started shipping the Nokia C6-01 the advanced version of Nokia C6. The company has said that these symbian 3 smartphones will hit the shelves of retailers pretty soon. Nokia C6-01 is one of the phones which have the recyclable plastic materials along with a big AMOLED capacitive touch-screen display. The measurements of the phone are, 103.8 x 52.5 x 13.9mm with a weight of 131 grams.
Jo Harlow, head of smartphones, Nokia said, “Nokia C6-01 is one of the smartphones which is designed for people who wants to stay on the top of social life on the go”

I am overall satisfied with this phone, Pros: I like the fact I can pop my operator SIM without jailbreaking/unlocking the phone – built in wifi, full bluetooth functionality, fm radio, and gps are very nice to have and enable many interesting apps and uses.
When I saw the Nokia C6-01, I knew I found my next phone. The phone fits perfectly in my hand and is a pleasure to use as a phone. It is heavy for its size, but somehow, that just makes me feel more confident in its build.
