Nokia’s N900 goes on sale from today following its announcement made on 4th June 2010. The Maemo platform open source phone is priced at Rs. 30,639. The phone comes with a powerful ARM Cortex-A8 processor and 1GB of application memory as well. This helps the phone in running the multi-tasking feature and the simultaneous running of applications makes the phones suitable for running contents fast.
It is now possible to personalize the big 3.5 800×480 panoramic homescreen with your favorite widgets. The Nokia N900 will be available with 32GB of storage which can be expanded up to 48GB using a microSD card. There is a 5 megapixel camera, Carl Zeiss optics lens which is well supported by twp LED lights.
The other features include integrated GPS with A-GPS, WI-Fi, HSPA data 10/2.0 Mbps, Nokia Maps and IM.
