Surprise news for both Opera and Apple users came this Tuesday. Apple store has approved Opera as a web browser for iPhone and iPod Touch. It is also expected that this application might be available from this Wednesday which gives the users 6 times fast browsing experience than its older versions.

“We are delighted to offer iPhone and iPod Touch users a great browsing experience with the Opera Mini app,” said Lars Boilesen, CEO of Opera Software. Opera is already available on windows, blackberry and android platforms. It is now being announced after great confusion. Opera mini is a browser which is available in symbion platform mobiles.
