Samsung has manufactured sub-25nm Flash memory sticks after Toshiba and this hits the market later this year. Samsung has more focused on decreasing cost and increasing densities of the cards. These NAND cards are more reliable than its predecessors. It is 30% percent faster than its previous versions.

MLC NAND flash memory sticks will be featured to have memory between 4GB to 64GB.
