Google has to face a case in a Madrid Court as a complaint has been filed against them for stealing data. Google has “illegally” stolen some of the private data from WI-FI enabled networks in Spain which has made a complaint. Google has done this through its Street View project.

Javier Rodriguez, Google director for Spain said that it is an “error” which slipped from the hands and the private data will be returned to The Spanish Data Protection Association (AEPD). The company also admitted that the data includes e-mails and passwords which were collected accidentally.
