iOS 4 jailbreak solution was compatible only with iPhone 3GS (old bootroom0, iPhone 3G, iPod touch 2G (non-MC Models). Moreover, the 3GS devices also were required to have been broken by programs other than Spirit like blackra1n. In such cases, iTunes used to give error messages when the iPhone is being restored back to original settings. So for these devices broken only by Spirit, Sn0wbreeze 1.6.2 supported these devices and prevented from getting error messages. However, if the problem persists, Spirit2Pwn will allow the iPhone 3GS to be restored on iOS4 custom firmware, provided the phone has been previously broken using Spirit.
Following steps will tell you how to jailbreak using Spirit2Pwn:
1. Start Cydia on the iPhone 3GS with old boot room and previously jailbroken using Spirit
2. Go to “Sources” via the “Manage” tab.
3. Touch “Edit” and then “Add” tab.
4. Enter the following URL http://repo.woowiz.net as prompted and then touch “Add Source”.
5. Your Cydia will be automatically updated, then search for “Spirit2Pwn” in Cydia and install.
6. Then the same step for jail breaking is similar to iOS 4 on iPhone 3GS using PwnageTool 4.0/4.0.1 for Mac and Sn0wBreeze 1.6 for iOS4.0 on Windows.

Tried this, now my iphone is in the off, position and I can’t switch it back on I’m really gutted, was jb on spirit which was magic, what happened, what do I do now if anything??????
