Ubuntu 10.10′s next Font

Ubuntu have released a rolling custom-built font that will be default with Linux 10.10 version due in October, however, current Ubuntu users will be able to preview it. If you are on beta, you might get a chance to install as well for use.

Linux has always been criticized for not being a favorite for typography until Ubuntu started to use Daalton Maag for creating custom fonts.

Ubuntu has now welcomed comments on font weights and characters via Launch pad. In addition, via private PPA access you will also be able to test drive this font before release.
