Developers have extracted a picture from the “oemavatar.cab” file in the recently leaked Windows Phone 7 OS ROM. This picture is predicted as a Windows Phone 7 or it can be HTC Mondrian. They have also predicted that it will have a 4.3 inch 480×800 WVGA touchscreen from Optrex which will be supported by a Qualcomm SnapDragon 1.3GHz QSD8650A/B chip. This chip will support both UMTS and CDMA EVDO 3G Network.

Developers have also found the same information on registry and RGU files.
